New safety flooring to a classroom –
Brambly House Montessori School
Rockshaw Road, Merstham, Redhill RH1 3DB

 

There was a problem with the existing strip wood flooring. New 6mm ply boarding was overlaid and fixed. Ardex feather finish was used to smooth the ply joins and fill the nail heads.

Polyflor wood fx 2m sheet vinyl suitable for commercial areas was installed and the seams were hot welded.

Amtico Signature Luxury Vinyl Tiles LVT’S – Lounge In Horley

The ply boarding had already been fitted by the customers own builders. The ply was 8×4 3/4 inch thick and was screwed to the floor boards. The screws heads were all deep enough for us to fill. Feather finish was applied to the ply flooring and left to dry. Amtico Signature wood plank LVT’s were fitted in a random pattern to achieve this look.

The sub floor was a concrete based. Latex was applied to the sub floor to create a smooth finish for the karndean flooring tiles. Once the latex had dried the karndean tiles were stuck with a high temp adhesive. The job took approx 2 visits to complete.

Engineered wood flooring laid to our showroom – Redhill

We used v4 wood to cover our existing floor boards and it gave a really great finish.  The joints of the wood planks had tongue and grooves which were stuck together. The underlay was made up with crumb rubber to give the wood a nice dead sound when walking on it. Straps were used to hold the rows together while the glue was drying. Three steps and stringers were also covered with wood and finished with matching nosings.

Overall a very nice wood to lay with a great deal of matching accessories.

This install was in Lower Road Redhill. The. Kitchen had quarry tiles which were latexed over with a self leveling compound. the following day Amtico wood plank was laid .

Approx time to complete 1.5 days.

Karndean luxury vinyl tile flooring laid in Bletchingley, Surrey. The job took 2 small days to complete. Day 1  – the floor was concrete and prepared with a latex smoothing compound and allowed to dry. Day 2 fitting the kardnean flooring.
